Hi, My name is Kylea!
With over a decade of experience in product development and production, I am dedicated to helping apparel brands streamline their operations and bring high-quality products to market. I specialize in tailored solutions for fabric and trim sourcing, vendor selection, costing negotiation, and production tracking—ensuring every step of the process is strategic, efficient, and aligned with brand goals.
As the Founder and a Product Development & Production Consultant, I work closely with both established and emerging brands to improve processes, strengthen vendor partnerships, and deliver measurable results. My approach prioritizes innovation, collaboration, and sustainability within the apparel industry.
Previously, I served as Senior Director of Product Development & Production at Peloton Interactive, where I led major apparel and accessory initiatives with a focus on vendor diversification, cost management, and production excellence. My earlier experience at Theory and other production management roles refined my expertise in managing large-scale development and production workflows.
These roles have given me a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle—and a commitment to delivering thoughtful, high-quality, and impactful solutions for the brands I support.
